If it was made...whoever owns it is one lucky person...but...the amazing thing is that there was a real tifa look alike that was used to model for the tifa in advent children...now THAT's amazing ^_^...would be cool if I saw a real life picture of her to see the resemblance

Nope. It isn't real. A bike with that design will be difficult to power as well as steer as both wheels are too wide, making it harder to lean the bike into turns. Just like the new Bat-pod... Great in design, not so great in practicality.
But that doesn't mean something similar can't be made...
