I seriously doubt it's true, otherwise atheon or yuinozoo or one of her many obsessed fans would have mentioned it before now.

When would she have had time with her busy schedule to date? And she's been on tour a lot the past 3 years and with all of the pictures of her hanging out with her crew and band mates, wouldn't this guy show up in some pictures?

It's just viral messaging: someone posts it, lots of people repost it, people read it and wonder if it's true.
