yeah *sob*
Sirius is my favourite character, by the way ^^. Ron is also great, much more than Harry!!! While reading the books I started hating Harry a lot, I wish Ron would be the main character xDDDD

i use to be do in with harry potter but cos its been so long it kinda lost it touch for me...
i like the movies but never really finished reading the books

twitster - June 21, 2008 04:46 AM (GMT)
honestly, i lost interest in harry potter, mainly because harry won't end up with hermione lol! but anyway, i can't do anything about it lol, but i still love love it, especially azkaban lol, oh, part 1 - 3, when goblet showed, kinda lost interest lol... :sry

Anisamar - June 22, 2008 03:51 PM (GMT)
I'm a fan of Harry Potter too, and I think what my favorite book is HP and The Deathly Hallows or The Prisoner of Azkaban, which are precisely the most popular

simzasama - June 23, 2008 12:23 AM (GMT)
i can see that im the only 1 who voted for goblet of fire LOL

yue_yoshioka - June 23, 2008 02:05 AM (GMT)
For me, The Prisoner of Azkaban totally rocks, I like the plot & twists there... But I'm kinda sad when the goblet of fire til its last film was relased, because I think they have lost the magic there, due to some of the important parts & characters also in the book was entirely cut out in the movie. Well, I know that they can't put all the details from the book to the movie, because of it's limited time to approximately one and a half to two and a half or so... But, hopefully the next movie will have its magic back again.

Hehehe, for those who have lost interest in the movie, just stick to the book. Coz the magic is still in there. (hehehe, just my opinion though.)user posted image

*Supporting Harry Potter books all the way!!! :good Peace-out!!! :good

I know everybody or almost everybody is going to disagree about what im going to say/put here. I think Harry Poter is one of the gayest, stupiest crap. The movie and book is so boring that makes me wanna PUKE.
same with Lord of the Rings and Star Wars i just don't like them because it's just boring like hell.

Edit: sorry for saying this but i really don't like it. :sry

^ dood whats the point of that flame?

if you dont like harry potter y would you go into a topic about harry potter and say u dont like it?

just stay out of it..

forum has strict rules about flaming.. so STOP...

cherii - June 23, 2008 09:52 AM (GMT)
I dislike Star Wars and Lord of the Rings due to their boring-ness too, but that's really just my opinion. I wouldn't say that it's crap, it's just not my kind of movie.

I'm still only up to...The Order of the Phoenix. It's so darn long! I'm not even half way through it and I've had it since December of last year. I can't say I'm a fan of Harry Potter, but reading the book has made me understand a little more why people love the series so much.

I'll finish the books...eventually.

harry - June 23, 2008 05:18 PM (GMT)
haha..ya..TOotP is a long story compare to other titles. It took me about 4 months to finish it. But it's totally amazing. But i dislike one thing about this book, sirius died.

hikaru86 - June 25, 2008 08:54 AM (GMT)
what do you think about the movies? I'm not a big fan of them, but I think the worst is the 5th. It was kinda dissapointing

cherii - June 25, 2008 10:49 AM (GMT)
harry- way to spoil it!!! I liked Sirius!

Never talking to you again! If you're going to add a spoiler, at least give some notice!

OOT: I'm already in a pretty trashed mood right now. Actually, this whole week has been...bad(i would swear, but i don't believe in swearing). I want the holidays to finally come around...get this over with.

@hikaru86: ya..5th kinda disappointed. less action and too many scenes that had been cut out. they should make it into 2 part..although they might overbudget.

Emma Watson buys £1m French ski chalet

Emma Watson has just bought a ski chalet with part of her £10m fortune Photo: GETTY

The actress, who came into a £10 million fortune when she turned 18 in April, is a keen skier and the luxury chalet is her first major purchase.

She has amassed her money from her role as Hermione Granger in the Potter films but was prevented from spending it until her 18th birthday.

A friend said: "The house is Emma's way of celebrating her recent straight As at A-level and finally getting her hands on some of her hard-earned cash. She worked really hard this year and didn't have much of a birthday party so this was her present to herself.

"Like her co-stars, Emma has received some pretty sound advice about money. She always wanted a ski chalet and she's having a great time doing it up. She's looking forward to having friends to stay."

Watson is spending thousands on refurbishment and plans to throw a lavish house party when the work is complete.

Her Harry Potter co-star, Daniel Radcliffe, is also working on ways to spend his millions.

"The only thing I'm likely to spend on is artwork because that's the only thing I'm interested in that costs a lot of money," said Radcliffe, 19. He has also rejected the idea of buying a luxury sportscar in favour of a Golf GTI because "it's a good, small German car that zips around".

Hero Fiennes-Tiffin

user posted image

Hero Fiennes-Tiffin is an English 10-year-old actor best known for his upcoming role as the 11-year-old Tom Riddle, the young version of antagonist Lord Voldemort, in the sixth installment of Harry Potter films, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, to be released on 17 July 2009 in the United States and the United Kingdom. Fiennes-Tiffin is the son of film directors George Tiffin and Martha Fiennes; the brother of Mercy and Titan Fiennes-Tiffin; and the nephew of actors Joseph Fiennes and Ralph Fiennes, who has played the adult Lord Voldemort since the fourth film. Fiennes-Tiffin earned the part even though thousands of young actors auditioned for the role; at least one publication, however, has alleged his family relation alone landed him the part.

Fiennes-Tiffin made his first film appearance as Spartak in the 2008 drama, Bigga Than Ben.[6] David Yates, director of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, said Fiennes-Tiffin was cast as Tom Riddle due to his ability to find "the darker space" in his line readings. Yates said he did not get the role due to his relation to Ralph Fiennes, but admitted the family resemblance was "a clincher." Yates described the actor as "very focused and disciplined" and said he "got the corners and dark moods and odd spirit of the character" and had a "wonderful haunted quality that seemed to bring Tom Riddle alive on-screen for us." Jen Bensoussan, who runs the Daniel Radcliffe fansite DanRadcliffe.com, described Fiennes-Tiffin's appearance in a Half-Blood Prince trailer, "perfect evil, eerie child version of Voldemort. Think 'Omen.'"
