ＹＵＩ　盛岡に滞在、地震で跳び起きた

　岩手・宮城内陸地震が起きた１４日朝、盛岡市内に人気シンガー・ソングライターのＹＵＩ（２１）が滞在していた。激しい揺れに跳び起き、携帯電話のメールでスタッフらと安否を確認した。

　ＹＵＩは全国２２会場を巡るライブツアーの岩手公演を１３日夜、盛岡市民文化ホールで行い、そのまま総勢約４０人のツアースタッフとともに盛岡市内に滞在。午前８時４３分ごろ、激しい揺れで跳び起きた。同行していたスタッフによると「部屋の中の家具などが倒れそうなほど大きく激しい揺れだった」という。

　すぐに携帯電話でそれぞれが安否を確認しようとしたが、３時間近く全くつながらない状態。そこで携帯メールを使ったところ、ＹＵＩから「大丈夫」と返事が来るなど連絡が取れ、直接部屋を訪れるなどして全員の無事を確認した。

　１４日は移動日で、１５日の公演地の青森へ向かって正午に出発。ＹＵＩは「びっくりした」と話し、実際に地震の恐怖を体感したこともあり、ファンの無事を祈るとともに大きな被害に心を痛めていたという。

　ＹＵＩが盛岡市内に滞在していたことはファンも知っており、公式ホームページの掲示板には安否を心配する書き込みが相次いだ。これを受け、スタッフが午後、「あす（１５日）の青森市文化会館の公演は予定通り行います。ただ岩手・宮城内陸地震の影響で余震活動が続いております。決して移動等に無理をすることなく、ご注意して会場にお越しください」とＹＵＩとの連名でコメントを発表。ＹＵＩらの気遣いに、ファンたちはさらに感謝のメールを寄せている。
