hine - June 6, 2008 03:02 AM (GMT)
I think it is a silly question :sry, but i wondered that why YUI always puts 13 songs into her Album,
for many people it is an unlucky number so why did she choose number 13 not other number ? :what
Did YUI mention about this somewhere :rolleye
Can someone tell me about this please :please

Yui-Lover - June 6, 2008 03:20 AM (GMT)
I don't think that is a unlucky number because that's my elementary student number lol. 13 is LUCKY because YUI love 13. :clap

Jzlyn_YUI - June 6, 2008 03:40 AM (GMT)
I think it's almost all of singers album in japan has 13 tracks..... :hee

twitster - June 6, 2008 03:57 AM (GMT)
I agree both with Yui-Lover and Jzlyn-san lol, it's either YUI likes the number 13, although some of us believe it's an unlucky number, or most singers in Japan put 13 tracks in their cd's :sry

hine - June 6, 2008 05:51 AM (GMT)
Is that so?, I didnt know that almost the artists in Japan put 13 tracks in their CD, because i have Kat-tun album and Dreams come true's album but the number of tracks isnt fixed, it always change ^^"
but i think like you all that YUI loves number 13 :gboy

yoshiro - June 7, 2008 12:59 PM (GMT)
If YUI's number is 13 then mine is too!

Maybe she just wanted to put as many songs as she can on her albums, which is thirteen.

Who knows?!?!

takashi_kaoru - June 12, 2008 03:52 AM (GMT)
:YUIFace this might sound silly but i think 13 could be lucky if people made it to me... this might be out of topic but super junior is also 13 members...so haha 13 is a nice number

wallflower - June 12, 2008 11:17 AM (GMT)
her birthday is on the 26th so she probably likes the number 26. since she couldnt possibly put in 26 songs, the next best thing was to divide 26 by 2.. giving u 13 haha.

LOL~! 13 was my elem. school number too~!
Hence, that's why I always use it for my usernames :clap

Actually, the number 13 is not necessarily unlucky. I think its mainly viewed as unlucky in Western culture as opposed to in Asian cultures. Hmm, if i recall correctly it had something to do with Christianity? and since such a small percentage in Asian countries are Christian, that thought doesn't really apply.
The number 13 is actually a good number, yep... while anything with 4 is bad because it sounds like the word for death.

Hahaha, if 13 is YUI's favorite number, then I have something else in common with her :suki

13 might not be an unlucky number in Japanese. Much like how 4 is bad luck and 8 is good luck in Chinese.

Muzz - June 16, 2008 07:56 PM (GMT)
maybe is their limit of the songs the artist produce in the CD...
is like jdrama... each series contain around 11-12 episode onli...

Samart - June 17, 2008 06:21 AM (GMT)
I think it's random. Most of albums goes from 10 to 14 tracks...
And maybe just not being afraid by the number 13 can help you even more to released a CD with such a number of songs inside... :)
