How many songs does YUI have out? (not including acoustic and instrument and summer song) I know of only 51
How many PV/MV (don't even know what's the difference between PV and MV :sry ) does YUI have? What are they?
Is there other things that YUI has? I know there is the taiyou no uta movie and the documents in "thank you my teen" but is there other stuff?

I think it's 52 (from major debut) ... you might have forgotten to count It's happy line, the second b-side track, on the Good-bye Days single. Her indie single It's happy line has two tracks but they are both re-released within her major singles and albums.
