to be honest that is bs although my country is on the list it is mainly filled with low populated and/or poor countries. That is why the concentration is low. This is kinda discriminting people from poor/quiet areas.

I don't know about that. Looks like they are trying to curb some of the piracy which tends to be higher from smaller countries.
