"I'm in love with that person's lover" or "I love that person's lover". (at least that's from my limited understanding of Japanese, so I'm not 100% sure).

his is almost correct except for the 当方 part
当方 = us; me; our
eg:
当方の参考までに = for my records
当方の手紙 = our mail
