Mario Kart Wiiiii!



I played online last night. It's pretty fun especially playing against others around the world. I'm definitely glad the connection is fast. I heard that brawl was pretty laggy for online playing.

Anyways, I just figured out what my friend code is.. haha. If anyone wants to play with me, I'll PM you my friend code, but beware, I really really suck...

is the Wheel necessary to play?

It's fun especially when you play against people online (worldwide/regional/friends). I think some people prefer the N64 version, but this version is pretty good still. Nope, the wheel comes with the game, but you can choose to use it with the nunchuk, only wiimote or/and N64 controllers.

A lot of people have been complaining about the lag when they use the wheel.

I'll get it soon.. Still got too much anime to watch.

What did I do? :( So far, I've experienced no lagging when I play the game.

I don't have a wheel to use... I prefer the nunchuk/wiimote though. :)

Is your copy legitimate? Maybe that's causing your inability to play with your friends..

The lag is from the motion sensor when using the wheel. That's just what I've heard.

Whoops, sorry. Yeah, but I can still connect to the Worldwide/Regional connections.

So, it's kind of weird that it won't connect with Friends.

These kind of games are addictive!!!! Do you like Mario Party? Natalie??? that game is one of my favorites... Super Smash Brothers too!!!

I haven't played much of it yet, but I still think the GameCube version, Mario Kart Double Dash, is a bit better. You have two characters on each kart and can hold two different items. It makes it a bit more strategic when it comes to holding on and using your item, or using both items for combo effect. If only they remake Double Dash with more cars, like this new one, and balance out the items a bit more, keeping the Baby Park track, then it'll be perfect Kart game.

I haven't tried the DS version, and some people say that it's the best one in the Mario Kart series.

There's nothing really defining that game from the rest of the series
It's practically just a rehash of the Snes and N64 versions >>;

^ That's why I think Double Dash on GameCube is a more unique because they had 2 characters per kart and carrying 2 items at a time.

I played Nintendo Gamecube once. It was pretty fun. I don't remember if it was the one with double characters in one kart though... I think it might be.
