Hey! I just joined the forum today. I also post at JPopMusicForums and Maaya's under the same name. I'm 20 years old, Canadian, and female. I've been studying Japanese for nearly six years now, and I've become pretty good at it, though I'm not quite fluent.

I've been listening to J-Pop for years, but I'm a recent YUI fan. 'I LOVED YESTERDAY' is what won me over. It's the best album I've heard this year, Japanese or English, and it's made YUI an instant favourite of mine. I can't wait for her new single in June!

Anyway, I look forward to geting to know everyone and chatting about YUI. :D

Welcome harmonium. I also use the same username on JPM. Like many of them said already, there are quite a number of Canadians. The list above only shows a few Torontonians. There are couple in Montreal and plenty in Vancouver.

Wow, there are quite a few Canadians here. I live near Cranbrook, British Columbia. I'd love to go to the YUI outings, but I don't know if I can make it, Toronto, Montreal, and Vancouver are pretty far away. ^^;;

LOL, yeah. I'd love to go, but a plane ticket to a location across the country is pretty costly. ^^;
