It was long time ago that I found this mistake in Taiyou no Uta, but there is no one mentioned it here, so I start this thread.

This was a little mistake in one scene of Taiyou no Uta, where Kouji is walking from a kitchen with full of dishes in his hand. After Kaoru noticed that, turned back, and ran away to the 2nd floor. Take a close look at this scene, you'll find dear Kaoru's reflection on the glass screen that fixed beside the stairs, which means she didn't really go up the stairs (but the sound did).

I'm too busy to do capture this screen and show here, anyone pls look at this and do it for me. :sry

when you watch that part in the movie and look really really closely in the mirror.. you'll see it.. XD

Man ... did you freeze frame and check each scene? It's pretty tough to catch that when you play the video.

I found this cos my Thai version Taiyou no Uta DVD was crap, it couldn't play smoothly on my DVD player :angry , so I checked it every single moment where it would have a problem then I can go to claim for a new one... and accidentally found this.

I can see it!
If you watch the video you will be able to see it.
It's when Kaoru saw Kouji in the kitchen then she dashes upstairs.
But instead of going upstair she only ascended 1 step up and turned back. It can be seen on the reflection of the glass. You can see Kaoru's silhouette.

i see it its in the reflection of the water boiler on the bench

I watched the movie at crunchyroll and the quality is bad.
So I didnt notice anything weird.

Well, like what brad said, it's all about film making... sometimes u don't have an actual house with 2 floors to make the entire movie in...
