I think the best e-string is 'Ernie Ball' and for acoustic...Fender's acoustic string is good.

Hmm I've only used Fender Super Bullets light gauge. Those are good for me.
Just curious, how come you specified the E/A strings in particular or does the E/A mean something else? ^^;

He meant E as in electric and A as in acoustic.

i use either elixir or ernie ball e-guitar strings on my acoustic guitar, sound way better...

ive never broken a string on any of my guitars lol...so i never actually got around to looking for different sets.
i do have a few sets of yamahas lying around somewhere though...

i usually use D'Addario on my acoustic...i find them good....
i ahve a set of AER string but haven't use them yet
