i found something weird bout my guitar...
it's like, when i pluck a string, another string vibrates (making sound). very softly tho.
for example when i pluck the 4th string, my first and 2nd string vibrates abit (making sound...>.>)
it doesnt even matter if i din play through the amp. but when i play through the amp, i makes sound when i pluck strings (hope u get what i mean).
it's like when i pluck the 4th string, a humming sound comes from my 1st string (not my pickup's humming sound) which makes a kind of 'reverb' sound.but when i muted the 5 strings above and pluck the 6th string, it sounds very clearly.
is this normal?
Hmm that probably has to do with physics and resonant frequencies or something x3. I think its like the strings are of the same wavelength as the open string note that rings or something like that.
Quite odd though, haven't heard of that before with a guitar.
I have a piano and when I played one certain note, I think it was G, something would buzz because its of the same frequency or something like that.
Yeah it happens all the time. maybe turn down gain (distortion) if yu dont want it heard through the amp
