Wanted to raise this topic long ago...But it kept slipping off my mind..And something happen today which remind me of this....

When i was having dinner at MOS burger [a fastfood restaurant] today,a very familiar tune frm guitar was playing as the background music at the restaurant..

Due to the special tune, i was able to instantly recognise the song..Its YUI's [LIFE]..the special tune i am refering to the is starting part..like that part very much :clap

There was another time when i was having ramen at a restaurant [Ajisen]..And guess what...The store was also playing YUI's song..It was playing Feel My Soul..

Even though i know we can listen to YUI song's anytime, anywhere we want..via cd, mp3,etc...but when i am able to hear YUI's song being played at places that i did not expect..This feeling is really excellent...Dun noe how to describe the feeling..Think there is a small part of my feeling that is very proud of YUI...

Sorry for the long post...haha...Think might be a bit boring for u guys..Juz wanna share what i has encontered..haha

So..wanna see if anyone here has had the same feeling or experience before?? :please

Apparently.. the owner of that internet cafe watch Bleach too.. and he's quite impressed with Rolling Star..
And yesterday.. a member from my Disgaea forum asking me about YUI, he said that he likes YUI song too.. DOOOD !! Woah !! I'm so happy when I hear that.. Knowing that another person also like YUI song in YUI forum is.. normal.. but.. knowing that other person from non-YUI forum also like YUI.. dood... I'm very proud of YUI..

guess what. We have our own version of a popular reality show worlwide (Big Brother) and during the finals night, when one of the contestant was reminiscing her past stays in the house, the background theme was a YUI song! Amazing! It was LIFE!

except for one time on this Kingdom Hearts II commercial when they played Hikki's "Passion". i was pretty surprised they didn't play "Sanctuary". :P

One day I went into a computer shop in the shopping centre Simlim Square, Blue wind was playing. Very shocked yet happy. :clap

There was a time, I was in Comic Alley and they played 3 of YUI's songs. I thought they had her CD and I wanted to buy it even if it's the only copy they had. Sadly, they only burned her songs on a CD. But I was happy anyway, just hearing her songs totally make my day! :suki

If one day I listen to Yui's song around here, I'm going to cry .. seriously, of happiness :cry ... to listen to a Japanese song here is like one day start to snowing .. never.

When I was in Japan this past summer, I heard "My Generation" playing in about every store I went into, lol.

when I was shopping at Sunway Pyramid in Malaysia , suddenly i saw YUI's
MY Generation PV shown in a shop...WOW! This is the first time I saw YUI's pv not through my computer...^_^

I can't find any YUI songs in US.

i never heard of any YUI songs being played when i go out =(

haha what you get is probably the "taiyou no uta effect" (referring to the ending of taiyou no uta where people start to listen to yui song from radio)

Well, I never heard YUI's songs in store before.. (well, of course not, where did you think did you leave? :YUIFace )
But there's jap restaurant that plays jap music, and I know some of them: like from Jhonny's, hello project and lot's of anime OST .. But there's no YUI :what Or maybe I should send them YUI's songs so they can play it for me? =P

Oh, long time ago animax shown Tokyo and Tomorrow's away (that's when the first time I saw YUI, my eyes were sparkling)..

When I was at my friend's house (on bicycle chatting with my friends), I heard YUI's song played in someone's car and it was LIFE! And when I was at my school, I heard my senior sang Thank You My Teens. I'm so happy because YUI is kind of famous around here... :clap

hmmm...while eating @ sushi king i heard YUI's CHE.R.RY playing... hehe...that made me feel so happy...
I'm guessing someone in charge of the restaurant either watches MStation or check the songs online because most of them turn out to be songs that were on MStation when YUI performed CHE.R.RY

I heard CHERRY in a comic book store.
i feel great when i hear the song while accompany my friends

I heard YUI's CHE.R.RY playing in scene at a karaoke bar in a J-drama. I think it was "Hotaru no Hikari".

I also heard a muzak version of YUI's Love and Truth at West, the restaurant she worked at in Fukuoka when she was 16.

in singapore, i watch a variety show from taiwan on channel u by "xiao zhu and xiao gui" (chinese hanyu pingying) and a female contestant sang goodbye days. It was quite long ago..

I can't find any yui songs here in the Philippines!~ RRRR....

but one time i went to hongkong..and was walking...
to mc donalds... hahah (i was HUNGRY!!!) i passed by a flowershop
then there were speakers outside the flower shop...and there was this guitar sound...
i was like

I have NEVER EVER EVER heard Yui's song in public before...
well not counting my trip to Japan last summer...

yup something like this happens to me too...
it was when i'm wlking in "BAKER GROUND" that was in University of the Philippine...someone's playing yui's song life and it makes my head turn and look around then i saw a bunch of people playing guitar and singing yui's song hahaha...that was a very nice thing to see and hear......

i was in this guitar store see and i was waiting for my dad to pick me up
i played its happy line in my cdplayer and plugged in an amp LOL
it was so loud i wonder if anyone outside the store heard it hopefully they did XD

anyways in this anime store they play all kinds of anime songs...
they play the themes to bleach so im pretty sure they played yui's songs there

yeah..it's rare to hear YUI's songs in my country..I'm from the Philippines too..i just listen to it in my mp4 and comp..but there was one time that we had a presentation in PE class, my teacher showed us last sem's students' video..that was about diets..and when the credits start rolling, i was surprised, the song is rolling star..i felt so happy when i heard it..lol..and i even told my groupmates.."woah..that's YUI's song, Rolling star.." Since anime is famous here, it would not be too difficult for jmusic to spread..

I was just scanning the TV channels when I suddenly stopped at abs cbn. the show was the buzz. im not paying attention at first but then i suddenly recognized the background song in the show... OMG! it was CHERRY! i never thought i'll hear dear YUI's song played on Philippine TV... I guess im over reacting again LOL...

In a sushi bar in Spain, they were playing YUI's song 'Tokyo'. I felt happy inside =] :clap =]
I asked the owners in japanese if they liked YUI, and they did. And We had a big chat about YUI =]

wow interesting, I'll have too keep that in mind now whenever I go to a Japanese restaurant.
