Umm..this sounds weird and funny but we have this as an assignment, we're asked to make a story about how family came about..(example: father -moon , mother -sun, children -stars)..they must be things..

And I still don't have any idea, except this, that the father is once a guitar (most probably acoustic), the mother is a poem and the children are songs composed with love and sweet melody.

Can u help me guys? Any suggestions?... @@

hmm are you trying to make like a metaphor of a family branch (father, mother & child) with a guitar/music? and constructing a story out of this?

yup..it's kinda a representation but the difference is that they are the actual things and the story is about how these two things, (moon and sun, which are the father and mother) met each other and how they came up as a family?..(still based on the first example)..this assignment is giving me a headache, it's difficult to create a story this fictional.. :what

I'm already finished..

Here's my story..

Once upon a time, there was a lone guitar leaning upon the wall. It was a beautifully crafted guitar with smooth strings nicely situated upon its slender neck. Apparently, the guitar has been there for quite a long time that it had started attracting dust upon its body. The guitar, which can be considered a masterpiece, was once created by a skilled craftsman. Now, beside the wall was a table where a lamp is lit. On top of the table was a paper, where one can witness yet another masterpiece; a ballad. This piece of poetry was once created by a skilled poet. Strange enough, it seems that no one has yet read the poem. The room, where the guitar and the paper in which the poem was rendered, was completely filled with silence. But, the silence was broken by the creaking of the room's door. Someone has entered. He picked the guitar up and sat on the chair in front of the table. Looking at the poem, this person gradually filled the room with notes and sounds emanating from the guitar. Then, he started singing. Soon enough he finished making a song: complete with rhythm and harmony, another masterpiece.

I think this should be moved in the member's creation..What do u guys think? ^^
