It's spelt "kanji" characters.

Proper Japanese lyrics already consist of kanji characters. Not sure what are you trying to reach here.

Do you mean from romaji to kanji? I don't think there is any automated program that can do that because many kanji may pronounce similarly, thus the romaji of these kanji maybe the same, but the meaning would be completely different.
