KeyHoleTV is a P2PTV software. You can watch some Japanese TV channels on streaming in real time, the quality is very bad though. I don't know if it's illegal or not, but who cares. It's free. lol


How to use (really easy)

1. Download KeyHoleTV (視聴者用ソフト)� from the official site and install it.

2. Choose a channel and just watch it.

I don't know any sites or programs that you can watch NHK. However, there's a satellite channel called NHK World

Honestly, you don't want to watch NHK. It's like the worst channel. o.O
