My roommate broke my copy of Taiyou no Uta with english subtitles!!! T-T Doesn't anyone have the torrent for the movie? I can't find it anywhere, I would buy the DVD but I don't think they have english subs do they?

Hong Kong and Taiwan (and perhaps other south asian) editions have English subtitles. You can look for those.

I looked on yesasia, and all over other sites, but i can't find the taiwanese version. Or any other versions besides Japanese for that matter, any help?

Actually, Midnight Sun is not the direct translation of Taiyou no Uta. If you'll take it literally it would be "A Song to the Sun" (as indicated in the movie itself, DVD, and OST) and if you'd like to be more specific it would be "The Sun's Song". Midnight Sun was used as a title for it's international release. :good
