it's, i guess, a question and looks something like this...

".... dousun no?" or "....dousun daiyo?"

Dô sun no ? (どうすんの？)　refers to dô suru no ? (どうするの？), and it means : What to do?. It can be "What am I gonna do ? or What am I suppose to do ?. Since this sentence is short and don't include a personal pronoun like watashi (me) or anata (you), if the speaker use this sentence and seems to speak to someone else, of course, the good translation should be : "what are you gonna do ?" or "what will you do ? (...now ? ...from now?). In japanese, you can easily elude the personal pronoun when the grammatical subject is obvious, most of the time, the 1st (me, I, myself... ps : title of my wonderful blog about music ... :) ) or 2nd person (you).

The polite and timeless form is : dô shimasu ka ? どうしますか？.

Dô sun da yo? (どうすんだよ？) have the same meaning, but with a little emphasis.

やる(yaru)　have the same meaning as する(suru), but is not polite. You can hear it when yakuza talks or when an adult talks to a kid, between kids oreven between adults who feel close enough to speak familiarly. Just see above and replace suru by yaru. But since it's not the same verb, you should know how to decline it. (yaru, yatteiru, yatteimasu, "yatteru", yatta, yarimashita, yaranakatta, etc...)
