does a amp made for basses work for guitars or i bought the wrong thing :shock =O :sayw :what :angry
edit : will it work on acoustic and electric is what im trying to ask

But why did you get a bass amp in the first place?
There isn't really a mid-level bass amp... They are either really really bad or a good quality one that will last you a long while.
Also, they allow for a more powerful bass (i.e. if you rack up the 'Bass' Knob, it'll be able to cope with it)... Perhaps they might not be as forgiving on the 'Treble' and 'Mids' which are essential for elec./acoustic guitar!

bass on a guitar amp is not likely to work. like it will but u gotta keep the volume down, or else itll blow the amp. for bigger amps, bigger wattage or w/e it can take more bass, cuz we use this huge peavey for guitars na basses at our church no prob. just not on smaller amps
