I wonder this should be in the news section or not...
It should be I guess, since today is the announcement on whether you'll be getting tickets to watch YUI's live in Budokan or not (club members).
You should be more specific, not everyone can read Japanese =)

That's too bad, sakurastorm. Since most of us aren't in Japan and can't be there, I was hoping someone will be able to go and give first-hand experience of the Budokan Live.
And yes, to register to be in the fan club, you need to have a Japan address plus you'll need to pay 5250 yen for the first year of membership.
I don't think they have any plans to open the fan club to oversea fans right now.

sakurastorm: Try your luck on yahoo Japan auction might be easier. I've tried many ticketing service for the 2nd Tour but no luck... (after 3 times tried). Good luck. I hope you can get the budokan ticket. If I didn't go for the 2nd tour this year, I would go for Budokan too (already broke since then :X ).
