The black guy is Billy Blanks. He's an American fitness trainer. He developed his unique fitness system based upon Taekwondo and Boxing, called Tae-Bo, and another one based on American army's bootcamp training called Bill'y Bootcamp. Both of them were produced into training videos that home users can purchase and work out at their own home.

The white girl is his step-daughter, Shellie. She also well trained in martial arts and fitness.

I guess Billy Blanks' been in Japan promoting his fitness videos. Check out this blog:

Lol Billy. YUI finally got the chance to meet him. Back then in her 2nd tour, those 'weird exercises' she did are from Billy's.

Too bad YUI's guitarist (Kaji san) not performing this time, he is the one who started the Billy thing XD

That you have to pray that they will include MC parts in her concert DVD which will be released on November.

If you downloaded the 2nd tour at C.C Lemon (audio only), it was around.....lazy to check now, when they started to play some funny bgm and YUI asked his guitarist Kaji san to do some weird exercises.

I shall go listen closer to that audio again! *rushes off* :clap

i agree..lol..its because yui always think that her face becomes chubby when she smiles big enough..but for me, being chubby makes her look more kawaii.. :YUIFace

I downloaded the whole Hey!x3 and just watch some of it last night. Billy Blanks was actually on the show! hahaha.

He actually did a routine on stage with a lot of Girls :drools

And two of the girls where singing to some lyrics. Then comes Bill's rap ... :shock I'm like, WHAT! Billy Blanks rapping? ... ... It wasn't pretty. :what

He actually stayed there for the entire show.

Funny, though YUI was sitting in the artists stand before her performance, but she didn't sit there again after her performance. It seems she did stay there (backstage or something) for the entire show because at the end, the artists line up on stage and YUI was there too.
