I have some trouble translating these songs title of I WISH - Best Wishes album. I don't understand Japanesse at all and don't have any trans tool. :)

Literal Translation: "The Smell of that Spring When You Left on a Journey"
Possibly Smoother Translation: "I Remember the Spring When You Left Me"

キミと僕
Kimi to Boku
"You and I"

"最後のホーム"
Saigo no Hoomu
"My Last Home" Or "Last Stop." Hoomu can be translated as either Home or Train Platform, and there's no Kanji that can help me distinguish. I'm guessing, based on the general feel of the rest of the song titles, that it's "My Last Home." But I could be wrong.
