When you make a post, there are buttons on top that you can click to add formatting and items to your post. The one that says [ IMG ] is for including images in the post.

Copy your image link first, click on [ IMG ] button, paste your link, press [ OK ], and it will add the image link to what you've typed in the text box.

Alternatively, you can just manually use the image tag yourself (since that's what the [ IMG ] button do anyway) in the text box by doing this:

u can use imageshack or another image host service!! :)
