You are in basic Members group because you have not been active in the forum that much. That's why you cannot edit your own topic titles.

If you participate in the forum more, you will be become an Advance Member group and you will be able to edit your own topic titles.

Right now for you, the only way to edit your topic title is through the help of a mod.

to be an advance member, you must have more than 50 posts.
