I think it's not related. The description seems to refer to the her live tour. Just that she named it that way I guess.

(I'm not sure if HMV HK accepts order from people outsides Hong Kong)

If YUI said it in her Diary about the DVD release and Sony also has it listed, why is it still "almost confirmed"?

It should be ok. That option u chose has tracking system so u can easily view where ur parcel is. Plus, it comes really fast. If u chose the airmail, it'll definitely take a longer time and has no tracking either. But i think the airmail option is free shipping? So if u dun mind paying extra for shipping costs, then fedex is really good. Hope this helps. :sry
