Heya!!

Alright... I started this thread to see how many people are interested in having YUI tabs in Guitar Pro 5 (GP5) format for easy playing-along or editing to your liking/style.

My reason for doing this is that I found that not ALL YUI scores have the complete transcriptions. By this, I mean that for some of her CD single songs, only the allsongs score is available. This does not include other electric guitars (i.e. leads) drums, bass and other synth leads/pads. As a guitarist, I really like playing the lead part as well as YUI's part. Using GP5 allows me to tab the lead riffs and solos which are otherwise unavailable from the allsongs score in guitar tab format.

I've only just started tabbing YUI songs on GP5 and if anyone has any requests (and who actually HAS GP5), I will tab some more. Of course, if there's lack of interest, then I'll still tab, but I won't upload here! XD
If a lot of people want GP5 versions of her bandscore stuff... Thank goodness, because I can probably tab the whole thing ACCURATELY from the score itself, rather than making up parts (unless I want to!!).
I welcome any edits and points for correction (unless it's too difficult/hard to understand) from other GP5 users. It would make things more smooth if you actually correct the thing and send it back to me as well!

*Warning*
I tabbed the songs using GP5 with the add-on 'ForteMP'. This results in a different instrumental output for me, unless you have ForteMP too. The GP5 tabs I upload here have been re-mixed to sound okay for GP5 without ForteMP. However, YOU MUST TURN OFF RSE (Realistic Sound Engine)!

OMG, dude, this is amazing. :clap

crossroad sounds pretty good, although I have to comment regarding the vocal track. It doesn't sound quite accurate, and it always seems like there are a few extra notes somewhere. It doesn't sound smooth, I don't know, maybe it's just me. I'd help, only if I knew how to edit the thing. Other than that, overall the tablature is A-class, haha.

Man, you need to make more of these.

Can I request for Last Train? It's an easy song, but I've been trying to figure out the last bit of the solo part near the end...

Sorry... I'm getting caught up with "feel my soul"... I'll do "Last Train" next because you requested!
However, it might take a lil' longer because it's quite hard for me to focus on the bass, drums and strings... Even a piano is involved in the song!!
I can only accurately tab the acoustic guitar and parts of the electric guitar (with the solo you want!), as well as YUI's vocals... XD

hey JK...really appreciate ur effort ! guitar pro is much easier to play with ^^. and i would really like tokyo to be tabbed in guitar pro, tho most would say its easy..but not for novice like me T__T

It helps to have the bandscore...
Any songs that have the bandscore, I can assure almost 100% accurate tab! It's faster to tab out too!!... Well, relatively... (Drums... I hate drums... =.=")

However, if it's only the all song scores (acoustic guitar only with vocals), you people will have to 'tolerate' my rather poor skills at tabbing drums, bass and whatever else the studio decides to throw in... XD

for the people who cannot download from megaupload, get a firefox n install this extension n enable it in tools options

Posted a rough version of "Last Train" for those of you who want to learn the Elec. Guitar solos. Please check the notes section for more info on the tab in GP5 (shortcut key is F5).
Note that the 2 Elec. Guitars can be played AS ONE... And I will be adding the riff using a 3rd Elec Guitar (which needs to be present for the riff during the acoustic solo!!).

I'm currently working on Elec. Guitar 3, Drums and Bass. There's also a Piano and Strings Ensemble that I have to slowly tab out... They are really difficult to hear! XD

I hope people who are getting these tabs are upgrading Guitar Pro to version 5.2!!
Some people are having problems opening the files and upgrading is the easiest solution...

saaah i really like GP5 tabs.... the prob wit dem is im a guitar noob! neva knw which part to play since i don hav a band...normally only play vocal so can sound like song, but then it sounds weird coz its too simple plucking! >.<'' any help?

Either go fo YUI's strumming part... Or take the lead guitar (i.e. Elec 1 or something) if you're confident enough! You said you pluck out the vocals... So playing lead should be quite tolerable!!... XD

Lots of work... Time for GP5 tabbing has been GREATLY reduced... I will try to do one or two sooner or later... Aiming for Tokyo and I remember you because I have recently heard them more... XD
