:clap my novel is finally complete! :yoyo the title is goodbyedays. inspired bye YUI song goodbyedays, not from the movie taiyou no uta. and also by my ex girlfriend Nadira who already left the country because she got a scholarship to america. i would love to share it with all of you but it's in indonesian language. i plan to make the english version if it gets published. thanks YUI for being my inspiration.

it's a story of a 21 year old named Irvan(i took that from my name Irvandy). he is a guy who seems to have a hard time getting a girlfriend and he can't forget his first love and his first girlfriend Nadira. he works in a music store and he loves music and can play the guitar very well. one day he met a japanese girl named Ai Sayumi 18 years old(taken from morning musume). she entered the store carrying a guitar. Irvan fell in love with her but he kinda not know how to know her name. when he put the CD she bought to the shopping bag. he accidentally put in his own YUI CD. when he realise that he went after her around yogyakarta(a city in my country).

He found her listening to that CD on the beach while watching the waves. they first talked there. later Irvan found out that Ai's left hand is fake. it's a prosthetic arm. Ai love her guitar so much and can play very well. but one day she and her father got into an accident. her father died and her left hand is amputated. as events go Irvan plays the guitar and Ai sings. they play mostly The goodbyedays, and Tokyo. there is also a song that Ai made in the story, the tittle is "sora ni toberu shitai" (taken from Skyline).

later Irvan meet Ai's cousin who is like a big brother to her. he is Irvan's enemy in campus. they fight each other many times. Ai is also sad because of her past in Indonesia. her mother(Sayumi Minasaki) died in Tokyo, her father took her to his home country in Indonesia. but her past in Indonesia is making her uneasy. she already decide to go back to Japan to continue collage. she decided that and already make preperation before she meets Irvan. as they were together, they fell in love. but Ai still has to go. she doesn't want to be haunted be her past in this country.
so the days they spent until she is gone is they're goodbyedays.

Irvan still has to settle things with Ai's cousin whose overprotective to Ai because in the past he lost his little sister while they're playing. Irvan has to stand against him and his gang. Irvan is helped by his friends also. :shock =O :angry:

well, that the synopsis. it's a long novel. there's love, friendship, enemyship(i made it up), and the most important part of all is MUSIC. :sry

yeah if i get the English version finished. it took me four months for that novel alone. @@ not everyone knows indonesian language.

sounds interesting...so she is half Japanese and half Indonesian, isn't she? I've never seen Indonesian-Japanese person. I wonder how she looks...

BTW, "sora ni toberu shitai" means "a corpse which can fly to the sky" in Japanese. Is that really what you mean?

I think what you_and_i means the title to be is "I want to leap into the sky", because "toberu" can mean "leap" or "jump", and "shitai" is "want[ing to do something]". The grammatically correct title would be "Sora ni Tobitai".
