All Claymore member is a girl and they are half YOMA (Devil) and half Ningen (Human). I like Clare character. She seems like YOMA but has kinded heart too. Now, she is travelling with Raki to hunt YOMA.

As for manga, I caught up to the latest chapter a week ago or so.

But it's only going to be 26 episodes long sadly. Hopefully they don't butcher the anime and make a second season.

oh i just randomly started dling all these new spring shows and claymore is definitely somewhere near the top of my list...i'm tempted to read the manga but...i think i'll just stick to the anime until its over..then pick up the manga

personally i still prefer the anime more than the manga..mayb cos i watch the anime first. the style looks abit different and there seems more exciting with the rich colors, sound effect & fighting action in the anime for me.

WRex has been blogging a few shows from the Spring season, and Claymore happens to be one of them. So, out of interest, I checked out the ED and fell in love with it. Good start. Checked out the OP. Fell in love with it. Things are looking good.

Watched up to the most recent episode last night, skipping 7 and 8. I couldn't watch those two, not when I already knew what was going to happen. It was too distressing for me.

Has a lot more blood than I thought it would, really. Oh well. I'm definitely going to keep on it.

I've been catching up on the manga. I read through what happened in last night's episode, that Awakened One's tongue was, erm, interesting...
And then I read through that whole thing with Ophelia, and I'm sitting there thinking "Oh, you're a psycho. Ooh, that's pretty harsh" repeatedly. Oh well. She got to grope Clare... *Is very jealous*

But with the REAL main characters (whom I have seen somewhere dubbed as the "Sexy Seven") are where my interest lays. I keep on thinking about what's gonna happen in the next chapter, and what's gonna happen when Clare meets Raki again, and if said whiny pain will have Isley and Priscilla in tow.

I reckon it'd be pretty cool if Miata and Clarice didn't find Galatea, but if she found Rafaela or, dare I say it, the Sexy Seven (whoo!), because then we'd all be able to laugh at the psycho little girl and say "Hah! You messed up."

But apparently the next chapter will be in the WSJ on sale July 2... Which is still 3 weeks away... Huh... July will be a good month.

I'm still keeping a firm hold on Miria, much to her dismay. She's already stabbed me three times.

To be honest, I'm waiting for the ever-mysterious organization to start referring to themselves are Organization XIII. Then we can all sit back and watch the lawsuit.

Or it'll turn into a whole mess in which the people you think are good guys (the orgy) are actually the bad guys, and then you have the bad guys who think they're good guys (Claymores) and then you'll have the good guys that pretended they were bad guys, who thought they were good guys (the sexy 7). And then you have the hyper crazy ones that fall under no particular category (ie Miata).

But nevertheless, Ophelia pops up in the next episode. So, when will... something that shall only be referred to as the "Big CR K" happen? Next Tuesday? Or the week after? Hm...

In the meantime, I'll be thinking about Super Happy Miria Party Hour, whatever that is...
