Anyone can repost the chords? I think I missed all of that. >.< And if possible, with the bridge and intro chords too? Thanks in advance! orz

You didn't miss it. It's all there. You just have to take your time and look.

One thread that has these is here:

http://z14.invisionfree.com/YUI_Lover/inde...?showtopic=3474

You can also look under older posts for other versions. Just change the drop down box at the bottom of the forum from "the last 30 days" to "the beginning". Then you can read the older posts that will exist with chords and music sheets for other songs.

I'm pretty sure that all song scores has it but lemme check. . .

dameh.. that's original version, which the intro is electric guitar..
im looking for the one that is acoustic and the intro is like strumming.. i think YUI have played it live before somewhere, i heard that version before..

She played it on a show called Oxala! The chords are already marked and they are the same in any version. In the Go Go Guitar one, there is no strumming pattern for the intro either. It has either the electric guitar riff or the acoustic guitar riff, but not the strumming pattern.

PeaceViolet. I don't have time right now but just try to go through the older posts a little and look for the Go Go Guitar scans, if that's what you prefer. It's not hard to find.

I can upload the Oxala! video (lower quality though unfortunately) later tonight.

arigatoneh snake~ so the chord are all same as the others??

just now i went to youtube and saw anas604's video.. i think she played just like the way YUI played that song on Oxala? am i right? i have try to listen it many times and i think it's quite same.. if it's same then i can learn it from anas's play.. XD

anas604's vids plays mostly according to the GoGoGuitar that features the I remember you single.

Actually this performance on Oxala is still up on Youtube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0R4_7BhIbfI

But the audio and video is off-sync by like 300ms so it might be a little bit difficult to follow just watching it on Youtube if you don't already know the chords and strumming.

The chords played by YUI on Oxala is kind of a mix of the single version and acoustic version from GoGoGuitar. And the way I play it matches closer this Oxala performance, which mixes the two versions together.

If you have to choose between the two versions to learn, I would suggest first learn from Go!Go!Guitar I remember you YUI acoustic version as it seems a bit simpler without the G7 and Am7, etc. Once you are comfortable enough with it, then check out the videos and other chord variations (CM7 -> Cadd9) and play according to your own liking.

thanks a lot snake~ XD i 'll take your suggestion..
they didn't capture the screen when YUI play the intro at the performance on Oxala, which i want to learn the most..intro!! >< moh~~ so im learning it from anas604's video :P
i have watched the intro again and again but still cant figure out how she play it escpecially the D chord.. oh my..! it goes so fast~ @_@

edit: i try to follow the way as she do with her small finger, but still didn't sound the same..

In the intro of the song, it is Cadd9, then Dadd9, then D.

Both YUI and anas604 play the same chords. Strumming a bit different. I strum it similar to YUI.

However, in the verse, the GoGoGuitar has the chord D7 (x00212). anas604 plays this D7 and her fingers are kind of out of the screen so you can't see it clearly. But for YUI, from that Oxala and other performances, she plays the regular D chord. Again I play the regular D like YUI.

The intro is strumming is like "down----down----up--up-down---up-down-up". You strum this whole pattern for Cadd9, then switch to Dadd9 to play the first two "down" strums, and then add one more finger and play D for the rest of the pattern. Repeat one more time for the intro. Just listen for the "rings" from the higher strings and follow that.

snake, can u just upload ur video strumming slowly so everyone can understand and follow it..i've already tried it but still can't...

s0l1dsn8k3 - June 4, 2007 04:36 PM (GMT)
I'll try tonight. I've never recorded anything of myself before.

PeaceViolet - June 4, 2007 07:14 PM (GMT)
yat da~!! finally worked out something here after watching both YUI and anas604 playing the intro for many timess..XD gosh~ im such a slow learner here :swt

one more thing i would like to ask about, when exactly do i need to press the 1st string of the 3rd fret during the D chord btw? which strum?

down----down----up--up-down---up-down-up
is it the bold one?

no edit: down----down----up--up-down---up-down-up
or this one?

or both wrong?? :swt
