i'm not sure if you guys have heard of them...but their biggest track was "Dare You To Move" from the "A Walk to Remember" movie with Mandy Moore + Shane West ...other popular hits include: "Stars", "Meant To Live"

I don't hear much of them up here in Canada, they're more in the U.S. but I love all their songs and their lyrics are interesting and kinda meaningful ...i used their lyrics in my short grad write up in high schoool lol...though some ppl have labelled them 'Christian Rock' based from their earlier albums

anywhoos..their last 2 recent albums were the #1 Top Online Albums and they have a much newer sound compared to their older stuff (though it's just as good!!)

i like them! and yeah, their first song that got me into them was Dare You To Move...are there two versions of the songs anyway? coz i remember the one i heard on radio was different than the one i DL...there's one with a more aggressive beat, i like that one better.

anyway, other songs i like include On Fire, Gone, This is Your Life, The Blues...i love the messages they insert in the songs..amazing.

yep! they have a few versions of Dare You To Move..i havent really looked them all up....the radio/music video version's different from the original..

SWITCHFOOT. WHOOOOO!! Learning to Breathe. Awesome. Darn you to Move. Awesome. All their songs.. awesome! They're a really cool band. I heard their music for the first time at my old church a few years ago. Great songs. I love them. It's nice to see musicians getting out there, and making great music yet keeping strong in their own faith while doing so. Relient K is another example.

Yay Switchfoot. I'm not Christian but I love their songs: Meant to Live(first song I heard and loved), Dare You to Move, On Fire, Stars, Lonely Nation, Gone, and This Is Your Life. Their Oh! Gravity album didn't really interest me but their older albums are way better.

I can't say I love them since the band starts to sound the same if you listen to their songs too much, but nevertheless, Switchfoot's' an awesome band.

They're great! Although that's a conclusion I got from listening to only one song, "Meant to Live". Can't even remember where and why I downloaded it. Guess I'll download some of their other songs/albums soon.
