Hi, dunno if this topic has been made already, but which song is ur favourite to play? not neccessarily ur favourite song to listen to, but which one do u find most enjoyable jamming to?
My favourite is 'I know' and 'Life' - esp the part when it goes 'kodomo no koro ni modoru yori mo..', the percussive strumming is just so good! :D

I'm not sure if this counts but LIFE is my favourite. :P Since its the only song I can play. Hahaha. Actually I can only play the picking intro XD

I used to only play the intro of LIFE as well!! :o Since it was all i could do. But having got a new guitar, i found out the action (string height) plays a big role in making barre chords easier to play. And since LIFE is mainly pure barre chords!! :( The height of the strings on the first fret of my old guitar is as high as the 9th fret on my new guitar! it completely changed my guitar playing experience. But the old one did help toughen up my fingers alot.
I also enjoy playing TOKYO, as it's one of the easier songs (no barre chords mwahahah) but still sounds good B)

when i first saw the tab of life..

i thought that it was difficult...but suddenly..at the time i was reading and analyzing the tab..i came up with something...

and eventually...i played..it perfectly..

and rolling star was also good...

I'd like to know what is that something that you came up with and played it perfectly. It sounded interesting and it may help some of the guitar noobies here.

have you really perfected the LIFE intro? i know how to play t but i want to pay it like YUI does... LIFE has some serious chords though... i always hurt my fingers and hand playing it...

actually those are the songs that i know how to play the tabs of... all of them sounds cool...

i play the songs life,happy line,goodbye days and tomorrow's way by Yui and i tink that my favourite one is goodbye days followed by tomorrow's way cause goodbye days the strumming is veri memorable then the tomorrow's way the intro is very nice and relaxing although theres quite alot of hammerings and pulls.....

in life intro, the hard one is the slide one.
Oow, until now, i can't perfect play the rolling star acoustic.
It's too much hard for me to play acoustic.

the barre chords kills me btw...to the 3rd barre chord i play...i get cramps on my hands... :huhuhu

2nd is no other then ROLLING STAR! hehex...though i can't really play as well as most ppl play...i still like jamming on it...whether its drumming or guitar...hehex...

3rd...happy line...sad song but the chords are really nice though...tokyo too!specially the last part...it blends nicely and it sounded so heavenly >< oops...too much of description...hope ya don't mind :swt

woah...the 1st time really kills me XD
im not really use to playing barre chord..
but after a few weeks....it goes well even not that perfect.

I love to play all accoustic version of YUI songs, especially the intro of tomorrow 'way. It is so pretty. I can' t wait for the Generation 's accoustic version, I think we need to wait for next single for it.
