I edited the chords. I changed some of the G chord to Am7/G.
I intended to do that earlier on but failed to find a name for that chord. But I finally figured what it's called. Am7/G.
This will be accurate with the Am7/G if you're thinking of doing plucking.

EDIT: Oops sorry I made a mistake. Re-check chords. It's Am7/G.

i'm sorry but i think the chords are wrong... not all though...
if you watch yui play it in the sidecar no inu thingy... you'll get the right chords there... although I think YUI made some mistakes.... she played C before F in the refrain but if you listen to the recorded song... F (for my ears) comes before C...
