hey, for those of you who are really serious about learning the japanese language but maybe dont have the money or opportunity to take an actual class, here is a great website that gives free lessons:

it's really informative from what i can tell so far, and you can just go at your own pace. there is even a free downloadable textbook that helps you out! and the author is really good at explaining stuff. anyway, check it out!

Haha, Japanese classes at school and Japanese tutoring is better! :P Well this isn't bad either. Haha. I read the intro and I'm wondering, is it someone talking to you over the internet or is it recorded lessons? :S If it is one of those recorded lessons, that would be bad for those who don't understand something but isn't explained! :o Best to have a real teacher or someone to give lessons. :)

I used to learn Japanese at school when I'm a junior high school student. Back then, I never tend to learn it. Now to think that I'm learning it from a website seriously...Man, Yui really do some magic to me. :blink:

Oh wow. I've always been self-learning Japanese from dramas and anime and several of my friends, but never really picked up the energy to actually go & find some tutorial sites. I had a skim through of the provided site, and I think I'll be able to learn a lot from it.
