Hmm... I'm Conncerning about The Members, How bout we Add a new Rules that Allow Member to access Share Media Forum only If they Have post about 40 post or 30 Post ?? There is so many Lurkers that only Join To DL and Not Active in Here :(

I personally think there's no need to force people to post. A good forum member will naturally post and join in our discussions. If such download rule suggested is enforced, I guess we will see a number of insincere comments, which I think is unnecessary...

True, but we want to see more active members and I guess with this idea comes those issues. I'm sure with some thought put into it, we could come to a reasonable solution. It would be nice to have more 'new' members starting to post as well. It's always all of us posting all the time, which is fine...but how many members are here? At most we have 40 active members.

I prefer that people will post according to their free will... By forcing them... Its not going to make people happy and they will post insincere comments... Besides... There is a chance that they will spam negative comments to fill up their post counts... When that happens... I think a forum war will begin...

IMHO, yeah, forcing members to post will cause alot of spam and also lots of useless topics....

my suggestion is that the admins and mods create more subforums in yui-lover...

like for example.... a sports section... or maybe a lover issue's or health or movies section.... stuff like these le....

and about the entertainment and random chat sections, i feel that it is toooooo RANDOM and messy (and crowded).... categorising entertainment into sections like readers section and movies section etc. etc. and random chat into like LOL section/games etc. etc. will make topics easier to be accessed....

IMO, i feel that there's no use forcing people to post unwillingly... but maybe by adding the number of subforums, more people will be interested to start posting on stuff that they feel like discussing....

You know how the YUI Media is only available to registered members logged in?

I think perhaps Member Pics and Member Creations should get the same treatment ... for members only. Don't really want those search engine bots cache all the pics posted.

Yeah I agree with solidsnake and for Share YUI media i already know that but ppl can easily sign up to gain access (many lurker here :( )

But that is the most we can do right...

We can't really block them for not posting... I mean... I didn't start to post until 3 weeks after i joined...

So sometimes we gotta wait for those "leechers" to feel the family warmness in the forum before they will start posting... But then again... They might not post... But at least there is a possibility that perople might post after they joined...

Oh ... oops. I mainly use firefox to visit here, so I thought my Internet Explorer probably doesn't have the cookie to log me in automatically.

And yeah ... I guess there was a cookie with the log in with Internet Explorer. I just cleared the cookie and the Member Pics is indeed hidden.

I think it might be good to create a new section for "MO (Mass Orders)" to consolidate all the ongoing threads for MO's. Current ones are mainly in "Random Chat" and they frequently get pushed to the 2nd or 3rd page.

Pre-order threads can be pinned while older threads can be un-pinned to continue the discussion on collection issues.

As fans of YUI, that's the least we can do to promote the sale of her merchandise.

I agree on Kai-san's idea on Mass Order.
Also, I suggest that we create another section for word games, such as those tail letters, what will you do, the person below me, etc, so that some new random chat topics don't get push behind too quickly.
