anyway, it was a guitar-shopping/dinner outing yesterday on the 5th of February..


we went to Peninsular Plaza, home of some nice shops.


Flare was a sitting target for some pigeons.


..because hitokirix smsed them to do so! XD


Remember kids, smoking is bad. That makes Uncle Flare a bad influence hehehe XD


The guitar gallery in the plaza..


And guitars galore at Peace Centre, near the town area. Wwargh, I have a real headache now haha.


Flare was hungry, so he went to buy some nuts prior to dinner...

...and he asked for it.


apparently, something grew inside the nuts. Flare began to feel it.


he knew he shouldnt have bought the nuts. XD


Flare's cries for help go unnoticed by shazlee...


xxxrayxxx sniggers at flare's plight..


Tasogare just wants Flare's YUI bandscore.


Helixius steals Flare's rolling star headphones (as worn by YUI in the PV) in the middle of it.


'GIVE IT BACK!' Apparently, music from the headphones manages to ease the pain! Flare is clearly relieved!


shazlee just 'wonders' at the instant cure.


but heh heh, Taso grabs the YUI bandscore while Flare wasn't looking!


Flare is generous though. xxxrayxxx wants a piece of the bandscore too...


'For 100000000 bucks, this is yours!' Flare offers...


Tasogare is however, lost in his own world... hmm. XD


Helixius, not to be outdone, pulls out his newest YUI merchandise: the taiyou no uta photobook!


Flare and shazlee decide to pose with Taso and the bandscore for keeps. XD


In this very moment, we see Tasogare teaching Flare the secrets of YUI's strums..


and demonstrates it. Eyes are opened, jaws are dropped, ears are stunned.


everyone now hails Tasogare as the official YUI LOVERS GUITAR SENSEI!!!

and so ends the outing!

but before that, a lil bit of advertising!

Hahaha. That looked like a really good time you had! How many meetings have you guys had? If only more female YUI lovers lived in Sydney, we could have YUI lovers outings too! I dunno, it would be awkward if it's just me, rubberduckie and dashwolf. Especially since...o.O. I trust you guys, but seriously...it would just feel strange. XD

The two pictures are of different shops. The guitar gallery is indeed small :swt The picture on the ovation guitars is just a small section of the other shop. I think that day we went to about 5 guitar shops?

oh that shop is quite big actually... just that the angle looks like it's kinda small... not only ovations, also have a lot of martins and some Line6s and some other stuff.. why i'm not there..!! haha

20th Feb 2007 Outing!

First, the attendees:

Yup, our population increased again~


~eve~ was weary of the hentai no ojisan sitting beside her...


The festivities got into swing...


...with terrible effects ala the scenarios in our <3 word story> thread...


Anyway, after coffee and lunch @ the restaurant where Xavlander works (He wasn't working that day tho...), we went to a cafe for some Jenga and board games


We managed to get the cutest guy in the shop to explain to us the rules of this game which I could never spell or pronounce its name Quelf? Qeulf? wadever...Too bad ~eve~ wasn't around.... she left early as she's got a date...

The game was Crazy as promised, and there was madness...

Fanny just had to show us some Kung-fu stance...

After the games and dinner, we went to a nearby uni campus grounds to have fun with the guitars... MeronPan sensei and Taso sensei was to show us the ropes...


But all of us were stunned somewhat with MeronPan's performance...


... And swing fell in love...
