The main difference is skype able to conference call .Msn can only speak to one party at once . And Skype connection is better than msn.

Edit: now the new skype have some new function skypecast is one of them. Just updated it not long ago so still exploring around.

Isshouni is not correct. (together is "issho ni" 一緒に). If you say isshouni (一生), it means that you wrote "Let's study until we die"　一生に勉強しましょう. The issho have to be short, not 'long'. ;)
