I tabbed out the picking part. NOTE: It might not be 100%, because I tabbed it by ear.

E = thickest string, e=thinniest string
0 = open string (just pick the string)
h = hammer-on (e.g. *play the first #, and then quickly press down the second #)
x = don't play this string
