hah. i got the card itself. its pretty cool. its foiled and looks like a tarrot card. its stuck on book 13 itself. and u have to cut the envelope which it is in to get it out

Has anybody finished reading it yet? I didn't like the ending since I got attached to Raito too much.....

I have finished it. I like Raito so much that I really hate the ending...

I totally agree it would be alright if L stopped him but no way 2 stupid kids. they are nowhere near KIRAs level.

I think there would be moral issues so they did this ending
everyone knows Near should die instead, flukey little...

I have also finished it. I am quite content with the ending except the aftermath of Raito's death... I like how Near messes with Raito's mind.. :D

oh by the way, I don't like Near's finger puppets... :P

I agree with you AditZ... The ending was way too much with Raito 'losing it' going nuts and all.... It really destroyed the cool image he had and kept since the beginning of the book, now he looks really pathetic..... why???? I feel that the ending was made like this on purpose in order to teach people that crime never wins...... but.... Raito's way to good.... oh and pandas is also right why did two little kids have to win, they're also 10x crazier than L or even Raito.....

people sometimes do lose their sanity when they know they're done for, especially Raito since he value his life very much so it shouldn't be atypical conduct for Raito to go crazy even though he's cool....

I personally dislike Raito simply because he has become heartless. He manipulated people's emotion and used them, including his own family. At first he may have done it to better the world but as the story unfolded, it is clearly obviously he is doing this for himself... he ultimately wants to control the world and be its god. He cares about no one, to him the people are his pawns to the very end.

it's a fact that without Mello's sacrifice Near would have died but that really doesn't matter. I wouldn't say Near is stupid since I don't think he's dumb, he's smarter than the investigator team or average people.

I like Raito, BUT when I watched the movie, I like L better.

I applaud the creator of Death Note who were able to create 2 characters that opposing each other and they both have equal amount of fans. (at east from what I have heard)

Eventho the ending has gone that way, it WILL always gone that way. There's no way to finish the story without the death of Kira. I can predict that in the beginning. But still it was quite shocking....

i like the extra one shot. made L and Kira seem like legends in the chapter. and Near looks older and cooler.
