Title: Romaji and Hiragana
viettai - October 19, 2006 06:47 PM (GMT)
are the two different or are they the same?

これはひらがなです。 <---- Hiragana
Kore wa hiragana desu. <--- This is the same in romaji.
Romaji is the romanization of japanese words / sentences. They're quite useful if you've never learned the japanese syllable characters Hiragana and Katakana. But be careful not to get too dependant on romaji, coz it'd be more difficult if you try to learn Hiragana.
