I agree, I think by hearing the song it sound more like this:
e----3---5---3---5--------
b-------3---3---3---3-----
g-----------------------------
d----------------------------- play bunch of times
a-----------------------------
e-----------------------------
then end with:
e----3~~~-------

g----0~~~------- ~~~ = let it ring
d-------------------

I think what he tabbed out is more of a chord picking.

Use a tuner to tune each string down a half note. I think this gives a very slightly more deep (lower) sound when you play.

The intro IS chord picking. And the tabs I posted are 100% correct.. ask zuttodayo, and I'm sure she'll agree that they're correct.

BTW shadow85 and EndtoInfinity930 are both right about the intro cuz there is 2 guitars playing. One plays the background and one "yui's guitar" foreground :toast :guitar

yeah ur right about there being two guitars, but when you put those two different sets of notes together it wont sound right. one of them are wrong about something but i just cant tell which one....
