but i would like to say that this topic proves that, in essence, their action has served its purpose...we have given them attention. whether it is positive or negative, we have nonetheless stopped and taken notice. this is nothing more than a publicity stunt used to peddle smut, and i'd rather it not be given the time of day by anyone, much less our forum...

hey i know that video. a friend of mine has it (but she said its nothing special :rolleyes: ). its just a JAV star doing cosplay of boa. there are a lot of videos like that. such JAV stars lookalikes do cosplay of other stars, like morning musume members. to be honest, if you live in japan and know how these stuff work, then i dont think its such a big deal. but i guess it is kind of messed up because youre using someone, particularly in this case boa's name, to make money. to be honest this video cover didnt really caught my attention even though i am a boa fan...i mean, cmon, its not the real her

It should really be handled by the proper people. Sure it's pretty much a crime to impersonate someone in material like this but it's none of our business. That's the biggest problem with being famous though, fans go balistic over things like this. I can understand why, I used to be fan where I would be saying things like "Ahhhh BoA is soo talented I wish I was just like her..." and "How DARE people would do these types of things!!" but now, is it really necessary to say all that? Famous people and fans are different in only a few ways: the famous people got cameras orbiting them almost every day while fans scream more than stay calm seeing that person in real life.

In the first place it's totally retarded to even impersonate like this anyway.....=_= If you think you're hot then don't drag other people to this. BoA was pretty hurt when she heard of this at first, but if it were me, I would be pissed and then let it go because only I would know that I am NOT that person.
