I don't know why, but I can't upload new avatars!! It keeps saying:
"Sorry, an error occurred. If you are unsure on how to use a feature, or don't know why you got this error message, try looking through the help files for more information.
The error returned was:
Sorry, that is not a valid file extension"
What's wrong with the pic that I'm uploading? I tried uploading 2 or 3 avatars but none worked. They all said the same thing... :(
Can someone please help me? :huhuhu

Check the file type...I believe the file extensions allowed are .jpg and .gif..Not sure about any other
If that doesn't work, check the size of the file and if it's too big..you might wanna lower the size

Did you check if your avatars is meet those?

Well, the avatar that i want to upload is JPEG.....is that not ok? it's 120x120...but it's 35.4KB...maybe tht's too big?...

it might be the fact that it's a few kB too big...perhaps you can find a way to lower the size a bit?
I've had a similar problem other places...so I sympathize entirely

Actually you can upload a bigger file than 25 kb as your avatar. However, the pixel must not exceed 120x120 px.
Upload the avatar in any image hoster then go to the edit avatar setting and paste the link you have uploaded in Enter a URL to an online avatar image, then update and its done! :D
