Anyone know where I might find a free trial or a program to play the traditional game of MahJeurk for the computer? I've got a need to play the game now...What I am looking for is NOT the one where the MJ tiles are piled up and you find the matches or whatever...I'm looking for the one where people shout out "SERNG" or "PONG!" etc.
I'm also not looking for the kinds where you play with other people online..I'm looking for a game that will allow me to play against computers

I play mahjong in Yahoo Games, you only have to register and then you can play

Yeah but for the Yahoo version, you can't really play by yourself against computers

I play Mahjong at the cellphone(without even reading the instructions).But i seem to be not good at it.

i like playing online but its a lot more fun to play it for real! ^_^ me my 2 brothers and my mom always play together ^_^

Yeah real is better XD I'm terrible at it though....LOL sometimes I just throw out random cards...^^;; I always forget the rules until a little too late..hehehe

I only played in a PC, but not against the computer, only making points to go to the next level^^ But playing against the PC is very hard, like chess =S

Playing with the real tiles are definitely better but it's really hard to find enough players for the mahjong though. In Malaysia they even have 3 players mahjong which I think much more fun than the 4 players mahjong. :) I did play mahjong quite often when I was in Malaysia last year.

anyways mahjeurk can get addicting. for example when i first learned lol. omg but my aunts, uncles, parents, and grandparents are like hardcore mahjong players. tobad when i want to play mahjeurk with my sisters two of them know how to play but one of them doesnt and she doesnt want to learn how to so i have to get my mom and then she always kills us lol.

ever since i came back from HK i ended up teaching all my friends how to play mahjong... surprisingly all the girls got madly addicted..

and now we have enough legs for 2 tables...

now that i think of it.. the mahjong table is permanently placed in the living room...

...and i just finished playing about 2 hours ago... hmmm.. and im prolli going to play again tomorrow...

o well... i enjoy saying phases like this when i win! >_<

Ah dang... um... I don't know that much cantonese because I didn't learn that much when I was young since I was lazy. :huhuhu At least I heard of those phrases a lot so I get the point for most of them lol. Well I'm going to see my cousins soon so I'm going to ask to play against them.
