Yeh I think the other program is called Image Ready (if you're referring to the same program that I use...). I'm new to photoshop too, keep at it. And thanks for the welcome. (:
Edit: I just use Image Ready to animate the frames like for this avatar. I do all the image stuff in photoshop.

Uh...now that u mention it, it doesn't seem that u're planning on using avi (even in MoYo u don't use avi rite?)
about this photoshop thing, I think I should give it a try soon...Many members did awesome job with their avi & sig (Luckily, Aditz helped me making them ^^)
